If Dr. Morris determines that Medication-Assisted Treatment is appropriate, most new patients begin with a 7-day prescription. This initial period allows both you and Dr. Morris to evaluate how you're responding to treatment.

“If you are responding well to treatment, Dr. Morris may then provide a four-week prescription, with follow-up appointments approximately every four weeks.” to monitor your progress, adjust treatment if needed, and provide ongoing support.
